This issue has now been resolved.

Achievements earned during Tournaments and Quick 9 matches, including Hole-in-One, Albatross, Eagle, Birdies, and other profile statistics, should now appear correctly in your profile.

If your profile wasn't updating during the issue, your achievements were still being recorded during gameplay and should now display correctly.
