If you were affected, your missing Clan World Tour Chest rewards have already been added to your account. You may not have seen the usual reward animation, but your rewards were still granted.

To verify your rewards, check your in-game inventory. If you still can't find them after restarting the game, contact us through Helpshift so we can take a closer look.
