What is a Quick 9?
Quick 9 is a solo-play mode where you play nine holes from a selection of different courses and compete for a place on the Season Leaderboard. It’s similar to the final round of a regular nine-hole tournament, but you won’t need to go through a qualifying stage to participate. You’ll have a chance to win rewards depending on your finishing position when a Quick 9 ends.
In a Quick 9, you have a set amount of time to complete all holes. Once you finish a Quick 9, you’ll see how you performed compared to other players and where you rank on the Season Leaderboard.
You can play a Quick 9 once a day.
Where to find Quick 9
- Select Home from the bottom menu bar and choose Play Golf.
- Scroll through the available modes and select Quick 9.
- Choose your difficulty level, pay the Coin entry fee, and select Confirm.
What rewards can players get in a Quick 9
There are two types of Ouick 9 rewards.
- Position Rewards: Depending on your finishing position when the Quick 9 ends, you might earn rewards like Coins, Clan Points, clubs, or balls. You need to complete at least five holes to be eligible for this reward.
- Completion Rewards: If you finish all nine holes, you'll get a Completion Reward. Make sure there’s space in your Chest tray to claim it.
What happens if there’s a tie at the end of a Quick 9?
If two or more players tie for the highest score in a Quick 9, the winner is determined by how many times each player managed to pot their ball with an Eagle score or better.
If the highest-scoring players are still tied after this, they’ll share the same finishing position and rewards.
How does the Quick 9 Season Leaderboard work?
Your place on the Season Leaderboard depends on how many Quick Points you earn during Quick 9s. The higher you place in each Quick 9, the more Quick Points you’ll earn.
As you play more Quick 9s during a season, you’ll get more Quick Points based on where you place, which determines your rank on the leaderboard.
Your Division also affects how many Quick Points you get. However, the Season Leaderboard isn’t split by Division—all players compete for a place on one, global leaderboard.
A Season lasts four weeks, and every player’s Quick Points balance resets to zero before the next Season starts.
Does playing Quick 9s affect Season Pass challenges?
Quick 9 matches don’t count towards the Season if the challenge involves:
- beating or competing with an opponent
- matches in Qualifying or Opening Round stages.
