In the Checkpoint Challenge, matchmaking is based on both players’ 1v1 progress. The progress of each player will also determine the rulesets for each Checkpoint Challenge Match, which includes; wind, needle speed, tee position, and minimum club levels. This helps to ensure that the ruleset for each match is appropriate and challenging for both players. Please note that intentionally losing matches in any game mode will not result in easier opponents.
