Customer Care message notifications:
  • Some golfers will be incorrectly told that they have unread messages from our Customer Care team.
  • Securing your account/s and reinstalling the Golf Clash app will resolve this issue

Onscreen keyboard not displaying on iPad devices:
  • On some iPad devices the onscreen keyboard will not appearing when attempting to recover/secure your Golf Clash account. (iPad Pro 2nd Gen / iPad Pro)

Missing golf ball attributes:

  • Occassionally golf ball attributes will not appear correctly in-game.
  • This issue can be resolved by following the trouble shooting steps:
  1.  Secure all your Golf Clash accounts.
  2. Close the Golf Clash app.
  3. Unistall the Golf Clash app from your device.
  4. Restart your device by powering it off and back on again.
  5. Connect your device to a WiFi connection.
  6. Install the Golf Clash app and recover your Golf Clash profile.
