Our goal is to ensure that Golf Clash is safe, fair and fun for every single player. If you feel that a player or clan is not following our terms of service, then we encourage you to report them to us.

There are many ways in which you can submit reports to us:

Chat and Clan messages.

All Golf Clash chat rooms feature a profanity filter to help ensure that no extremely offensive messages are displayed. We are always monitoring and improving our filter to ensure that any offensive messages are quickly found and removed.

Our profanity filters may not always catch everything, so there are a few options to consider if you see any misuse of clan chat:

Kick or ban players from your clan.
If a member of you clan is misusing clan chat we recommend that you contact the clan president to ask them to kick/ban this member from the clan.

Leave the clan.
Clan chat should be a place where you can have fun by interacting and chatting with your fellow clan members. If the clan you are in is not right for you then you always have the option to leave the clan to either join another clan or even start your own!

Report offensive messages.
If you see any messages that you find offensive or that you are concerned about, please select the message and choose the "Report" option. All reported chat messages are taken seriously and will be reviewed by a member of our support team as soon as possible.

Usernames, Clan name, Clan Description and Profile Pictures.

If you spot a player profile of clan that contains offensive language or imagery, please contact our support team directly by choosing the help icon from the main menu screen, or by selecting "Help" option via the in-game settings menu. This can be accessed from the main menu screen, by choosing the grey cog icon.

When submitting you report, please try to include as much detail as possible, including screenshots of the offending player or clan. If you have played against the user in a match, please also add the match replays to your favorites, as this will help in our investigations.

Cheating or Suspicious Behaviour.

Every single golfer that plays Golf Clash must play by the rules and we will always take action against anyone not playing fairly. For more information on our commitment to fair play, please read our "Fair and Safe gaming" guide.

If you suspect that any golfer is not playing by the rules, please contact our support team directly by choosing the help icon from the main menu screen, or by selecting "Help" option via the in-game settings menu. This can be accessed from the main menu screen, by choosing the grey cog icon.

When submitting you report, please try to include as much detail as possible, including screenshots of the offending player or clan. If you have played against the user in a match, please also add the match replays to your favorites, as this will help in our investigations.

Whilst we are not always able to respond to every report we receive, we can assure you that ALL reports are reviewed and investigated by our team.
