We are currently aware that some golfers may experience a crash or receive a #108 error when trying to recover their account using Facebook.

If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the steps below:
  1. Fully Close the Golf Clash app on your device.
  2. Open the Facebook app and remove the Golf Clash app from Facebook (Find out how)
  3. Delete the Facebook app from your device.
  4. Sign into Facebook using your web browser (e.g. Safari)
  5. Open the Golf Clash app and attempt to recover your account using Facebook.
  6. DO NOT allow Golf Clash to access your friends list, as we believe this issue is being caused by Facebook friends.
The above steps should help to resolve this issue for you. In the meantime, we are working to implement a permanent solution as quickly as possible.
