If you are trying to recover an existing account via email, but are not receiving your code, please follow the steps below:
  1. Please check your Junk and Spam folders.
  2. Fully restart your device by powering it off and back on again.
  3. Open the Golf Clash app.
  4. Attempt to recover your account again using your email address.
  5. Check your Junk and Spam folders.
 
If this fails to resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
  1. Open outlook/hotmail via your web browser.
  2. Sign in to the email account linked to your Golf Clash profile.
  3. Select the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
  4. Search for "Safe Senders and Domains".
  5. Add no-reply@playdemic.com to the "Safe Mailing List" and "Safe Senders and domains".
  6. Open Golf Clash and try to recover your account using email.
