If you are trying to recover an existing account via email, but are not receiving your code, please follow the steps below:
- Please check your Junk and Spam folders.
 - Fully restart your device by powering it off and back on again.
 - Open the Golf Clash app.
 - Attempt to recover your account again using your email address.
 - Check your Junk and Spam folders.
 
If this fails to resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Open outlook/hotmail via your web browser.
 - Sign in to the email account linked to your Golf Clash profile.
 - Select the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
 - Search for "Safe Senders and Domains".
 - Add no-reply@playdemic.com to the "Safe Mailing List" and "Safe Senders and domains".
 - Open Golf Clash and try to recover your account using email.
